04 / ABOUT POLLY
Human curiosity.
Product instinct.
Polly Lau is the Founder of PoliSyntia and a University of Pennsylvania alum with a background spanning Learning Sciences, AI product development, and early-stage innovation. She studied Education Studies at UCL before completing her graduate studies in Learning Sciences & Technologies at Penn.
Her work sits at the intersection of AI, human behavior, product, and learning. She has experience building and managing AI-enabled products, working across technical and business teams, and taking early ideas from user problems to prototypes and product validation.
She is currently exploring how multimodal AI, agents, and physical AI can create technology that feels more personal, contextual, and human.
